JOB DESCRIPTION:
St Helena Baptist Church The membership of St. Helena Baptist Church is seeking a pastor with the heart of a shepherd, the desire to live out Titus 1:6, 7; 1 Tim 3:2 pastoral qualifications, and doctrinal affirmation of the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A calling to be in fulltime Pastor with a desire to work with people. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred

Congregation
SHBC has about 175 members on the rollcall. Prior to the pandemic we averaged around 100 to 125 on a Sunday. Like most church people got in to the habit of not coming, so we average around 60 people to Sunday morning Worship Service.
COMPENSATION:
$55,000 annual salary + free housing.
Value of Free Housing = $30,555 annually
Average rent in Beaufort $2,300 x 12 months = $27,600
Average monthly electric bill for residential customers is $165 x 12 = $1,980
Average Water Bill $25 x 12 months = $300
Internet Service per month $56.25 x 12 = $675
Total Compensation Package = $85,555
